Decorpix vendor terms

I, the vendor named in this registration, agree with Decorpix that:

1. Decorpix may list, promote, and sell my projects and products on Decorpix.
2. Customer name, phone, address, and other contact details remain Decorpix property. I will not contact a Decorpix customer directly, now or later. Doing so ends this agreement and removes me from the platform.
3. Once Decorpix confirms an order, I will start the project or dispatch the product inside the committed timeline, and I will keep Decorpix informed of progress.
4. I will share project photographs with Decorpix. Decorpix holds distribution rights for the delivered work shown on the platform.
5. I will give the warranty and free assistance stated on the listing.
6. I will tell Decorpix in advance about delays or problems that affect delivery.
7. Decorpix may show my work under a vendor ID and may hide my name and contact details. Leads and requirements gathered through Decorpix belong to Decorpix.
8. I will answer Decorpix calls and messages about enquiries and orders without delay.
9. Decorpix may publish a vendor score based on whether I meet commitments.
10. I have read these terms and I accept them before my registration is stored.
