How an order on Decorpix works

Decorpix is a marketplace. Researchica runs the desk. The finished projects and products are offered by independent vendors. When you pay, you are buying the work shown on that listing, and Decorpix connects you to the vendor who will carry it out.

The price on the listing is the price. Buy now is the list price minus the buy-now discount. Pay advance is a part of the list price and does not take that discount. GST is added on the amount due at each step. One coupon can apply to the amount due now.

Decorpix can hold the vendor’s share until the order reaches the step that releases it. Decorpix’s commission stays with Researchica. A vendor’s name, phone, and address stay on the desk. You see the vendor’s public code.

You need a real address before checkout. Cancelling a paid order follows the refund page. A review stays with the desk until Decorpix publishes it.
