How Decorpix uses your details
Decorpix sells finished décor projects and products. This page says what we keep when you browse, sign in, or place an order, and who can see it. It was last updated on 12 October 2026.
What you give us
A customer account can hold your name, mobile number, email, and address: unit, vicinity, area, city, district, state, PIN, and country. A sign-in code confirms the mobile or email you typed. If you choose Continue with Google, Google sends Decorpix your name and email address, and we store those on your customer account. We do not receive your Google password.
An order also keeps the listing, the amount, the payment reference, and the address the work is for. Likes, enquiries, and a cart are stored against your account once you are signed in. A guest cart stays on this browser until you sign in.
What stays off the public site
Customers see a vendor’s public code, not the vendor’s name, phone, or address. Those stay on the Decorpix desk. Customer, vendor, and desk accounts stay separate even when a phone or email matches.
How we use it
We use these details to sign you in, show your feed and cart, take an order, and reply to an enquiry. We do not sell your contact details. A vendor does not receive your phone or address from the public site; Decorpix handles the order.
How long a sign-in lasts
A session cookie keeps you signed in on this browser. A short-lived cookie holds a sign-in code or a Google return check, and is cleared when that step finishes.
Asking us
Write to Decorpix from the contact page if you want a copy of your customer details, or if you want the account closed. Closing an account does not erase an order that has already been placed.
