When a paid order can be undone

If you cancel within 7 days of payment, and the vendor has not started the work, Decorpix refunds the amount you paid.

Once a visit has happened or work has started, the refund is the amount you paid minus the reasonable cost of what was already done. That can include a site visit, material already bought for your order, and work already finished. Decorpix states that deduction on the order before the refund goes out.

A listing is a finished example, not a promise that a different site will need no adjustment. Asking for a change after work has started is a new scope, not a reason for a full refund. The same applies if the photos were clear and the cancellation is only a change of mind after the vendor has begun.
