A small outdoor cabin: seat, planter, and a roof that makes the balcony usable after dark.

Planters, a foot-mat bay, and a lit door surround.

A low stone fountain for the arrival court, not a mall centrepiece.

A reception ledge and a green wall that a visitor can actually sit beside.

Planters and a handrail on the flight that reaches the terrace.
